On August 6, 2007 The VibeSetters gave the OK for archive.org:
Hello Good Folks at the Live Music Archive ,
The VibeSetters are interested in having a curator page created for the upload of live recordings.
The VibeSetters give full permission for anyone to submit and download live tracks or complete audio recordings of The VibeSetters live shows.
The VibeSetters official taping policy is as follows:
Audio and video taping is allowed. Great quality taping is encouraged. Please contact The VibeSetters crew as early as possible before the day of the show at the following address: support@vibesetters.com
They will be able to supply all recording details and help with soundboard access. Please practice polite taping behavior while at the venue so that they can continue to allow recording at all of the places the band plays. Arriving early, being nice, introducing yourself to the crew and talking to the band before the show about your recording plans will be much appreciated. Supplying a copy of the unmastered recording to the band's archivist or purchasing The VibeSetters music while at the show will give you rights to duplicate and distribute the live recording for free. Please contact support@Vibesetters.com to obtain a live recording distribution license for your recordings so that you may share the music freely. Once you have received a live recording distribution license for the recording of the show, you can trade or upload the music to the internet as you wish.
Please let us know if we can supply any additional details.
Thank you.
